Will iPhone 5s housing fit iPhone 5?

Hi everyone,

I just bought a damaged iPhone 5 from ebay. The screen's beat up pretty bad and the back doesn't look too good either. I like the new gold 5s though. So, if I were to replace the back, would the back from a 5s fit a 5?

No it won't fit the screws are different on the inside along with the flash lens of the iPhone 5s is bigger.

It can fit but the holes won't line up with the logic board. You can always jerry rig it and use some JB weld to hold it in place instead of screws. You can also use the top glass on back from the iPhone 5

It will absolutely NOT fit. They use different layouts, different screw holes, etc.

Past parts leaks and guides like iFixit tear-downs show this.
