Hi All...

So my house has been notorious for having bad reception (Verizon customer). I have no idea why. If I go a mile away I can get 4g.

With the extra LTE bands or any new features that the iPhone 6+ has, do you think that I will be able to get 4g by house now?

Obviously I will find out Friday but just curious what any tech people may think.

Right now no. But we can assume that Verizon will eventually support Wifi calling (t-mobile already does, AT&T announced support coming in 2015) which would then let you use your own wifi to make calls over the phone.

I don't remember the difference in cellular between the 4S and 5, but with my 5 I no longer needed my ATT Microcell, whereas my wife's 4S does.... so maybe.
