I got a pixel but sold it and now I got the free headset coming in the mail, I know the controller won't work and I can't access the VR content since that app is on the google play store, but I should still be able to watch 360 videos with it right? It's like a glorified google cardboard.

Although nowwhere explicity mentions an iPhone
    I doubt this

The SE is really small, and Daydream requires the software in Android to work properly

    In short: 99% no

Even with a 2.5K display on an Android phone, the display is still pixelated when using it for VR. Even if the iPhone SE fit and worked, it would look horrible.

Pixel device is allegedly the only one that fits
