I've just got a used iPod Video from eBay. Since it looks just like a new one, I decided to put a case on. However it seems I can hardly find one now. So I'm wondering would the iPod classic cases work with iPod video? Thank you.

Depends, is it a 60GB/80GB model? If so, it won't work because it is a thicker iPod than the last two gens of the classic (2008s 120GB, 2009s 160GB) and the 2007s 160GB Classic is ever so slightly thinner than the 5th gen 60GB/80GB model, but from personal experience I managed to fit a 5th gen video 80GB into a case designed for the 2007 iPod Classic 160GB.

As for the 30GB model, yes it should fit just fine with the 2007 80GB Classic case, 2008 Classic 120GB, and 2009 Classic 160GB cases.
