I have a new MacBook Pro. It is the entry level 2.4 ghz 13" one. Do you think it will handle Photoshop CS5 Extended well?

My 2.5 year old 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro handles CS5 perfectly well, so I'd say you'll be fine.

dude I am in it every day, well cs4 on my MB 2ghz 2008. I tried the cs5 demo though and it is w.a.y. faster. I popped an ssd drive in my mb too. If you want blazing, blazing speed in ps, then pop a ssd in there. Save up 200-300 bucks and buy one.

    Unleash that Macbook Pro!

The display resolution is the only limitation. With an external display, no problem.

My Aluminium Unibody MacBook (so late 2008), 2.4Ghz manages it with very little struggling. So I would hope so.
