Will jailbreaking disable my (official) unlock?

So I recently got my iPhone 3GS unlocked officially by Apple, and I was just wondering if jailbreaking might disable this unlock and re-lock my phone? Thanks!

If it is really officially unlocked, then jailbreaking or updating will not remove the unlock.
