Being a fairly new convert to apple, and having converted my parents to Apple, what I currently miss is a feature from Windows XP - Remote Assistant. Something where I (and more importantly my parents) can easily trigger to allow me to take control of their machine and fix whatever is necessary.
Yes, Apple has their $299 program, but that is overkill and should be built into OS anyway.
I thought I saw mention of something like that coming in Leopard - is that coming in Leopard?

Probably only in Leopard Server Edition. You could still install the Server Edition on any Mac (G4 and onwards).

Actually in newer builds of Leapord show that this will be built in.
