Will Leopard OS hinder iJailbreak 3.0?

Anybody knows if ijailbreak will work if I should upgrade my Mac to Leopard? Cos if I'm not wrong, the previous iJailbreak only worked with Tiger.
 
I don't see why it can't Jailbreak an iPod on Leopard using iJailBreak. I mean, it's just an Apple Script program, so I doubt it won't work.
