Will MacMini drive a UHD TV in 4k?

I was thinking about adding a MacMini to our UHD TV as a cheap alternative to have another Mac in the home. Will it drive a UHDTV in 4K? HDMI port of Thunderbolt to HDMI?

Yes 24hz over hdmi but that's listed on the apple website. If I remember correctly display port options can drive a higher refresh rate

How big is your tv and how close will you be to it if you add the Mac mini? It gives you settings and options to toggle with depending on your tv. I have an LG 43" UHD 4K and 30Hz looks fine.

How does it look watching movies or fast moving objects? Any ghosting when the mouse cursor is moved quickly on screen?
