Hello!

I will receive my MBA tomorrow, So I wanted to know if it will be much faster than my desktop!!

Desktop: (Shuttle)
- AMD 64 4000+ (2.4GHz)
- 1GB RAM
- 120GB SATA 7200RPM
- Windows XP

Notebook: (MacBook Air)
- Intel Core 2 Duo 1.6GHz
- 2GB RAM
- 64GB SSD
- Leopard

All these programs are always opened simultaneously
- Dreamweaver(desktop) Vs Coda(notebook) - Web Development Editor
- FTP
- Very light Photo editing Photoshop(Desktop) Vs Dono which program on (Notebook)
- At least 2-3 different browsers with several tabs in each browser (Safari, FireFox, etc...)
- Listening to radio online (iTunes)
- IM Chatting
- I don't know what applications I will need to open more in Leopard (1st time user) but at least several widgets.

Thanks in advance

It will probably be just fine, with one possible exception: what video card is in your PC? 'Cause if you have a dedicated GPU with bundles of memory, you will see some loss on the graphics side.
