When I download and install mountain lion, will it remove all traces of Lion from my computer? I have no partitions and I was curious to know if ML replaces Lion from the computer or will there be both on the computer. I never gave it a thought when I upgraded Leopard, to snow leopard, and then to Lion.
In other words are these upgrades cumulative on my computer and stored somewhere?
    Thanks for a reply

Lion to ML will update in much the same way as you update an app from the Mac App Store. The parts of Lion that are the same in ML will be left on the computer and any new features/changes will be downloaded. No new partitions are created.

Basically, you don't need to worry about your Mac getting clogged up with parts of older OS's. :)

In essence, yes. You will be left with only one OS.

Okay thanks for the replies. I've got plenty of hard drive space in any event. 
