Hey, kind of a dumb Q, but want to be sure. Will MacTheRipper files made on my current PPC Mac run native on future Intel Macs? In other words, will a universal binary version of MTR (on an Intel Mac) make universal binary VIDEO_TS files?

Those don't need to be made universal. They're data, not code.

You're asking if the FILES themselves will be okay?

Only the APPLICATIONS have to deal with Universal Binaries and such. Files are just files, no matter what OS or chip you are using (granted, of course, the application that OPENS the files you want to use is available for your machine).

Think of it this way...are the TS folders any different on a Windows machine? Nope.

    You shall be fine.
