Will my app data recover on Jailbroken apps?

I used to have a Jailbroken iPhone 4. I had a paid app through jailbreak, and I deleted it. I downloaded it again after awhile, did nothing with the app, and deleted it afterwards since I got a new iPhone 4S. If I pay for the app and download it on my 4S, will the data I had from before be recovered? And if so, will the data from the first time still be in the app?

That depends if the preference file was in your backup or not (assuming you restored from backup when you transferred from the 4 to the 4S)

I backed up my iPhone 4 through the computer, not iCloud. Does that count?

If you made a backup of your iPhone 4 through the computer and restored from backup onto your 4S, I believe the settings remain
