I bought a week 38 iPod Touch during the second week of October, but I havent opened it yet (my current system is glitchy and wont load iTunes no matter what; I have to wait until early December when I can afford an iMac). Ive been looking over this forum and noticed that most people seem to have very little problems with their week 38 touch, but others still have had issues and a couple of people recommended to another person on here that he go ahead and exchange his week 38 touch just in case.
My question is do you think my local Apple store would give me any hassles if I simply told them that I wanted to exchange my current one for another one simply because I dont want to take any chances that itll still have any lingering problems from the week 36/37 batches? I have the day off on Friday, so I plan to make an appointment for that day.
