Ok, so I've had a 2.66 C2D (early 2009) iMac for the last 3 years, and it's listed everywhere as having 1066Mhz PC3-8500 RAM. I've apparently been running 1333Mhz RAM for some time with no problems.

Can I transfer these sticks over to a 2.66 C2D (early 2009) MacBook Pro I just bought without problem? Seems like yes, but I have to wait and get a 00 Phillips screwdriver anyway so I figured I'd ask.

Should swap between the two. They're essentially the same chip (Penryn) generation machines.
