Will My MBP boot from this?

So, in my twisted mind to try and make my MBP awesome, would you guys say that it could boot OSX and run apps faster than the regular HD from this?

i suppose so, i know some have installed osX on usb flash cards here
the 32gb model cost 500$!! flash mem got cheaper lately 😀

Ah, yes, I was going to use it in the express card slot. Alas, it won't be a cheap one, but It'll be a nice fast boot I suppose, ah, goodbye money. Ah, and deadpixels, nice sig😀 ... I speak a fair amount of french.
