will my voice plan be the same if I upgrade?

I'm on a family plan, and I'm considering upgrading from the iphone 3G S to the iPhone 4. Although I am not eligible for the $199 price, I still want to upgrade. Will I be paying the same rate with voice, data and messaging, or will I be paying more?
