Will nMP lose a month or two with Apple Care warranty?

Hi All

I ordered a nMP, Thunderbolt monitor, 2TB Time Machine and the extended Apple Care warranty all at the same time, same order. The small print said the Apple Care covers the entire order including the display.

So has my apple care started when I got the thunderbolt display and the time machine capsule (5 days after order) so the Mac Pro which won't arrive till Feb loses a month, possibly two of extended warranty?

Your peripherals are based around the AppleCare date of your nMP, which should start the day the nMP is shipped.

AppleCare will kick in against your serial number as soon as you boot and register the machine with Apple for the first time.
