My girlfriend has a macbook and the other days she did the "system updates". When the computer asked her to restart she did and she has not been able to log in after that. When she types her password the password box disappears, stays there for a couple minutes, then the screen turns blue, then the password box reappears again.
I did some searching and saw that people say to restart with the macbook disc. Tried that but it is not starting with it. Just goes right back to the password box. I dont know what else to do.
