Will playing my iphone thru my car drain the battery faster?

i have it running thru my Aux cable, just wanna know if that kills the battery or if it should still last like 20+ hours

Playing your iphone your iPhone through your car is still going to be draining your battery faster.

Maybe not faster than just playing your iPhone regularly, but still, it'll be a faster drain on your battery.

Although you could always use a car charger to maintain battery life.

Penguinflip - how the hell will it drain quicker?! Same as just plugging in headphones so you'll get same batt life (although moving around in the car will cause the phone to work at finding new phone masts so may drain everso slightly quicker I guess).

Doubt it, but an interesting question since headphones are basically resistors. The head unit is stepping up the wattage anyway, so I'd assume it isn't resisting the current from the iPhone.

... but I could be way off and I'm sure someone will tell me so soon enough. 😛

Regardless, I doubt you'd see any noticeable difference between that and using headphones.
