Hi,

I will sell my iMac. Before I send the stuff to the buyer I' ll make clean install .

I had two partitions. ( Mac - Win ) I combined Win partition to Mac.

Now, I want to install Leopard from the start.

I went to disk utility but earese option was grey from the HDD ( since the operating system is installed in it )

Is there any option like secure install or secure format before the installation?

Boot off the OS X (Leopard) DVD and open Disk Utility, then under Erase options choose, as a minimum, Write Zeros. You can do 7 pass or 35 pass format, but it just takes extra time, but the Zeros do most of what you want.
