Will Snow Leopard be able to read & write to NTFS ?

I didn't get a chance to read all the features...so hoping someone will answer this one quickly with a source link of somekind..

Will Snow Leopard support read/write capability to NTFS partitions?

So then if I have a Virtual Machine installed by windows on a NTFS partitioned external drive...it won't work?

virtual machine (like Parallels) runs windows, so it will read NTFS. It won't be writeable by OSx.
