Will some features of the iPhone be absent in other regions?

Will the iPhone have features missing in the Europe and Asian models? Like the US version of iTunes having more content and features available than stores around the world?

Things like visual voicemail will depend largely upon the networks in europe. The UK iTunes store doesn't have movies, but that doesn't stop you loading your own.
Basically, it depends.
