Im looking at getting the lower end 13 inch MBP after the refresh. Im looking to use it for web browsing, Word, iTunes as well as some light work on inDesign and Photoshop. Im not a gamer. I just need a laptop that can handle the load without lagging. My current HP computer lags massively at the sight of heat. I know the i5 or i3 will be better than the current C2D. But will the Intel graphics affect me?

sure, i used a 2007 macbook for "light photoshop work".

infact, i think you should buy one of those. It fits your needs very well, and its CHEAP! 😀

13" MBP will handle that load well. May need to toss in more RAM down the line when/if it starts to feel sluggish.
