Will the 2.7ghz throttle?

    Hello everyone. Hope everyone's doing well. Wanted to know if anyone knows if the configuration with the 2.7ghz with the 455 is going to throttle more than the one with the 2.6ghz and the 450. Thanks everyone. Be well.

    I doubt it, all the GPU options are at the low 35W point and should act very similarly. Throttling has not been reported as an issue on any review of the 2016 15 inch MBP that I have seen.

    None of the gpus throttle, and for cpu the thing with skylake is thst they can run at 100% much longer than the cpu in 2015 model, thats why these latest macbooks are faster to render video
