Will the iPad "4" charge faster than the iPad 3

If it does I'm going to buy it. I use it in work and it takes far too long to charge so forgetting everything else if it charges faster its a certain buy.

I'd rather just upgrade at the same time. I have the iPhone 5 so I'm a sheep. It's a shame but I know it will knaw at me lol
