Do you think the iPhone will go with Verizon anytime soon? Why or whynot?

Why??????????????????????/

I cant believe 3 years ago Verizon TURNED DOWN Apples offer...that was probably their worst decision up to date

Ugh. Another one of these threads? To answer your question, I'm speculating an announcement by Apple in September. It's possible they'll be adding two carriers to the mix; T-Mobile (almost instantly - end of Q3) and Verizon (beginning of 2011 - January). Sorry, Sprint. You're a long shot to begin with. Just my $0.02. ;)

O MY GOD, JESUS CHRIST NOT ANOTHER VERIZON THREAD.

FIRST ON THE FRONT PAGE IT CLEARLY SAYS T-MOBILE, SECOND THERE IS A NOTHER ARTICLE ON THE PAGE THAT SAYS APPLE EXPLORED THE IDEA AND DIDENT LIKE IT. they didn't like it due to the size of the chip, also until 4g becomes the standard it wouldn't be smart to make an iphone for verizon.

4G LTE is only data. You need a fallback network (CDMA/ 3G) for voice. ;)

This doesn't change why they won't want a just CDMA phone. So they have a CDMA iPhone then next year when all the phones on verizon are on LTE they still have to redesign the phone and shove the LTE stuff in there. Why wouldn't they just wait on adding CDMA until they can add both?
