I've been watching quite a bit of comparison videos between iPhone 8+ and Samsung and one thing that strikes me is that the audio volume always seem much lower than Samsungs. I googled a bit and it seems like the iPhone 8+ only records audio in mono.
Is that true? If so, why? I've watched quite a bit of hands-on videos from the Steve Jobs theatre and those that handled the iPhone X didn't mention if the audio recording is good or not and the technical page on Apple.com doesn't have any info on that particular thing.
