Other Will the LiDAR capability allow a stealthy way to move in pitch black?

Could you use LIDAR to 3D map in front of you without using the flash or a bright screen to give your position away? Or does it emit a light of its own?

Finally, a way to navigate a pitch black bedroom and get in bed without waking the Mrs!

Light is infrared so you cant see it. Its kinda of the same tech as face id. So yea im sure someone will come up with an App for this.

Apps already do this to do AR stuff/ 3D modeling, so you can easily create a 3D rendering of what is in front of you.

🙂 Not quite the same, but it does work in pitch darkness. The screen will still glow though- but not the same as a flashlight.
