Will the M3 iMac get dual-display support... in clamshell mode?

As now confirmed with the M3 MacBook Air and M3 base model Pro, the M3 chip has 2 display controllers, and both can be used for external displays.
Can the iMac do the same... like a fake clamshell mode?
