Will the Mac keybaords and mice work with PC?

I am thinking of getting the new wireless keyboard and mighty mouse but want to use them with a Windows PC as well as my Mac. Is this possible?

I do that sometimes, connect it up to my laptop cos the keyboard on it isn't great - you just have to figure out the control differences when it's plugged into the pc. I think i pressed a wierd shortcut combo and it spazzed out once woops!😀
