Will the new Apple TV do 720p from ipad/iphone

So we all saw Steve demo the ipad/apple tv with the airshare video thing.

But if the video on the ipad/iphone isn't 720P will it look crap on the 42" TV ?

How is this going to work ?

The video shot on an iPhone 4/new Touch is 720p...

And reading the tech specs on the AppleTV page won't hurt either...

Yes. It just outputs the video to the TV from the iPad/iPhone.
