EDIT: Whoops, someone beat me to it. The Unlocked phone won't be available in store tomorrow or online until November. TUAW said that Apple will offer an unlocked phone, and Apple says it will be November. Pretty much case closed.

did you see the quote they pulled? down at the bottom of the page it says "or get your phone unlocked and contract free. coming in november"
