Will the usb c charger now charge the series 6 faster as they have the same cpu, is it just the usb c that makes it charge faster

I’m more wondering if the official charging doc if used with a lighting to USB-C cable will fast charge a series 7?

Is it the actual charging puck or the watch being able to ask for more power due to being connected to a USB-C charger that enables fast charge.
