It's sort of weird to me there is an entirely different SKU/model

Seems like they could sell the "Nike upgrade" as an iAP on normal Watches and sell the bands standalone

There's no functional difference - it's just an aesthetic modification
The band and the watch faces are the only things people care about I'd wager (probably the faces above all else)

Midnight really looks blue in that Nike pic, I guess it depends on lighting. Seemed darker to me in other pics.
