Will there be no iPad Air-3 this year ?

Yeah I think Air3 will come with force so I'd say there will be a new iPad Air this year.
Yeah. It'll be minor, both because they need to focus on the Mini 4 and the Pro, and because there is not much that they can do. I predict A9, longer battery life, improved cameras and Force Touch. That should be enough to call it a day (or year). I can't see them not refreshing their most popular line of iPads, which will probably still stay the most popular after the Pro releases.

No due to recent reports they won't no Ipad Air 3 this year. 🙁

Think it will be here but the kind of upgrade we saw from mini 2 to 3 as they seem to be focusing on ipad pro

I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't even have Force Touch. Think about the "refresh" from the 3 to the 4. 🙄

I think there will be a great update. Apple and Tim Cook wants the category to move forward as seen in iOS 9 and because Tim is an avid iPad user.

I think we should have some more concrete information in the next month or so but in sure it'll get an upgrade.
