Yeah. It'll be minor, both because they need to focus on the Mini 4 and the Pro, and because there is not much that they can do. I predict A9, longer battery life, improved cameras and Force Touch. That should be enough to call it a day (or year). I can't see them not refreshing their most popular line of iPads, which will probably still stay the most popular after the Pro releases.
Might not be significant, but look out for it.

No due to recent reports they won't no Ipad Air 3 this year. 🙁

I really hope that is not true as i have looking to get the Ipad Air 3 this year.

I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't even have Force Touch. Think about the "refresh" from the 3 to the 4. 🙄
 
I think there will be a great update. Apple and Tim Cook wants the category to move forward as seen in iOS 9 and because Tim is an avid iPad user.
