sorry am not an Engineer or IT Tech, was thinking more like solar panel or movement based charging capability ............ now that would be good, heard a rumor about this somewhere ..........

I've heard solar barely puts a dent in the battery after a few hours. I think movement based charging will never happen.

I think Apple is trying to make it as thin as possible, but the iTouch is already quite thin and "uncomfortable" to hold.
