Not for a few more hours, at least. It's still only 22:07 on August 8th out here on the west coast.

They may not take it down at all. They probably just do it for hype these days. I don't think they've really NEEDED to take it down since the early 2000s.
 
Well if we still got a few more hours, I may just go to sleep and wake up to a new Mac Pro on the Apple Store. It'll be just like Christmas!

Thats what I've always thought as well but it seems that the rumors are pointing towards August 9th for some reason, which is a Monday.

At least if nothing is released on Monday, we'll have some faith that it will be on Tuesday. LOL.

I remember a few times where there was a refresh on a Wednesday though. I believe it was the 24" aluminum iMac.
 
I say ha ha, to all the doubters! :D

Now watch as i am humiliated when the store comes up with only the white iPhone pre-orders.

But seriously, i can't think of a more cruel joke by Apple :(
