The physical dimensions (from the website: http://www.ascent.co.nz/productspecification.aspx?ItemID=385381) are as follows:

    • Height (in./mm, max): 8 0.49/12.50
    • Length (in./mm, max): 3.94/100.20
    • Width (in./mm, ± .01 in.): 2.75/69.85
    • Weight (lb./kg, ± 10%): 0.34/0.15

I cannot make any sense of these dimensions... does anyone here?

    Thanks!

yes it will fit, all macbook/macbook pros run a 2.5" disk which is exactly what that is, and you only have 2 option 2.5" or 3.5" =D

This drive is 12.5mm thick, which means it will fit the unibody MBP or the 17" aluminum MBP, but not other MBP.
