Sure. You could save a couple of bucks by ordering from newegg . . . I'd also suggest a Hitachi drive--they are OEM and seem to vibrate less than the WDs.

I bought 2 4 GB sticks of Crucial RAM for my MBP at Microcenter--$42.99 each.

I also think you're on the right track with a 5400 RPM drive--I tried every major brand in a 13" MBP and felt that they all vibrated too much. I'm sensitive to vibration, so if you're not, no big deal. But do be aware of it.
