QuarterSwede macrumors G4 Feb 22, 2008 #3 It's probably USB and therefore ought to work fine. Even if iMovie doesn't recognize the camcorder, as long as OS X mounts the camcorder as a removable hard drive you'll be fine with just transferring the videos over (it's mpeg 4 after all).
