Will this go away?

So I just received my Rasfox Cappuccino case in the mail. The exterior of the case is made of memory foam.

I noticed a slight imperfection on the exterior of the case and was wondering if it will go away (pictures attached)

The indentation should go away, looks like something was pressed down on it to leave that mark. The upper portions though, unsure.

Perhaps call the company up to say the item is damaged and get them to exchange it?

Difficult to tell. I wouldn't worry about it though.
