Oohhh I wanted this...
However I didn't know if it would fit onto my Canon EOS 7D and I never continued with pursuing it. So would be good to find out.

According to DPreview it can be had with the EF mount and will fit a crop body, but not full frame.

Your 60D (and the subsequent poster's 7D) are both crop bodies, so yes it will fit both. Any EF or EF-s lens should fit just about any crop Canon body (with the exception of the 10D I believe)
As far as the quality of the lens, I can't answer that. Somebody else will have to.

I have the 11-16 super wide zoom and it's a fantastic lens. Can't attest for their other lenses though.
