Will this mac mini handle Snow Leopard

There's an older mini on craigslist in my area. He's asking $120 but I'd like to upgrade the os. I'd like to use the mini to surf the internet on my tv. Here are the specs:

1.25ghz PPC Processor
40gb Hard Drive
DVI Output
Combo Drive
Firewire
Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger

Snow Leopard cannot be installed on PPC machines. Sorry.

Hello,

I believe that only intel based macs can be upgraded to snow leopard (10.6).
Power PC products are stuck with 10.5.

It's a decent machine for surfing the net, but watch out for flash.
You can't upgrade beyond 10.5 as others have mentioned.
My wife uses a 1.33 ghz iBook G4 for surfing and it's fine.

I have a similarly specced Mac Mini, stay on Tiger with it. Leopard slows down the computer significantly.
