no it wont, you need laptop memory so desktop memory wont fit.

Well, I have a $100 Best Buy gift card that I am wanting to use up, I have found another item from Best Buy, I am pretty sure this one will work but can you confirm it?

It requires a laptop RAM because they are cooler less heat. Since it is in the monitor (All in One) no tower Apple uses the cooler RAMs vs the traditional Desktop ones used in towers.

It's more the form factor, than if it's a desktop or laptop.
