will this ram work with my mid 07 macbook 2.16ghz

Hello, I found a great deal on never used ram total of 4gb the seller wants 60 dollars or best offer
The ram is

Samsung 2GB 2Rx8 PC3-8500-S-07-10-F2" on the label. Above the barcode: "M471B5673FH0-CF8 1010"


So is this usable in my system.

I have went to staples ect.. ram is costly, so I was trying to find a great deal.

No, as that RAM seems to be DDR3 RAM (used in the late 2008 and current MBP and MB models) and your MB uses DDR2 RAM, 200-pin 667 MHz PC2-5300 DDR2 SDRAM to be precise.

Your MacBook can take up to 4GB of RAM, but only 3GB will be usable.

That will not work, as it is DDR3, and you need DDR2
