    Will this setup work?

    Cable modem
    > belkin 802.11g router (for iPhone, printer, etc)
    -> PS3 (Ethernet)
    -> Apple Airport Express (Ethernet)
    --> MacBook and iMac (wireless n)

    Just invade that didn't confuse you enough, what I want to do is plug an airport express into one of the Ethernet ports on my cheap router and set it to only n to get the faster data speeds in order to stream to my ps3 which would be connected to another Ethernet port. Is this possible? I basically just want n speeds without shelling out the money for the airport extreme, which would be ideal.

    Just to clarify

    Just to clarify, I want to have both set up as routers: the belkin on g and the apple on n only, but have them both on the same network. Is this even possible, or would they have to be on different networks, which would defeat my purpose.

    extend wired network?

    sorry for the bump, but I am still curious about this.

    Would i be able to set the Airport Express up to extend the current network, only instead of extending the wireless network, extending the wired network?
