I'm not 100% sure, but I doubt it. I think Premiere 4 was originally for the old Mac OS (pre OS X), and I don't think Intel Macs support that stuff anymore.

Of course, you could always try 😉

Wasn't Premiere 4.2 from like 1996? If so, the answer would be no...Intel Macs are unable to run pre-OS X applications.
