Will a Verizon store sell a full priced iPhone 6 Plus to someone without Verizon service? Anyone try this?

I don't know about the Verizon Store, but the Apple Store will.

Verizon store , Verizon online store , Apple Store online : need to have Verizon account to buy Verizon iPhone

Apple Retail Store : no Verizon account need , just pay full price .
