No. My iPad Mini is always in it's case anyway so it's heavier. If I did notice a difference I would just get a lighter case.

Many people will be able to.

To make a comparison, it will weigh like a cheap plastic watch sold in Walmart. Sine it is nearly 8% increase of the total weight! you might notice it.

If the original weight is, say 831g or about 1.5 lb, it would be hard to notice.

Another comparison: cellular version is always couple grams heavier than wifi version, but the difference is small, most people can't tell the difference.
